- Door opens at 07:15 PM and the events starts at 08:00 PM.
- Guests under 15 are not permitted inside the venue.
- Venue team might ask for ID for age proof
- VVIP and VIP seats have allocated seating. Other categories are first come, first serve. Gold category is on the 1st floor, and Silver/Bronze on the 2nd floor.
- There is no lift access, only stairs to reach these floors. Please consider this before booking.
- No re-entry once you've entered the venue.
- No outside food permitted inside, as per venue regulations.
